Check the Stereo Club of Southern California and the San Diago Stereo Club monthly meetings, these clubs are very active and are always worth a visit if you are in Southern California.

SCSC meetings are held the third Thursday of the month (August & December meetings are usually banquets) commencing at 7:30 PM, held in the downstairs auditorium at the Wilshire United Methodist Church, 711 South Plymouth Boulevard, three blocks east of Crenshaw on Wilshire. September 17, 2009 - 1st club competition of the club year and another Stereo Slide show
October 15, 2009 - SCSC Annual Club Auction. Start cleaning out your closet so you can make some bucks on all that extra stereo stuff you bought last year and haven't used. Plus you'll need the space for all the bargains you'll be picking up this year.
November 19, 2009 - 2nd club competition & another stereo show.
December (check website for date & location) - Banquet - Member's Potpourri and another stereo show

The San Diego Stereo Camera Club

The San Diego Stereo Camera Club meets ten times a year (January through October) on the fourth Wednesday (7:00 PM). They also host an awards banquet in November. Meetings are held in the Photo Arts Building near Park Blvd. and Village Place in Balboa Park, near the San Diego Zoo. Check their website: http://www.sdscc.us/
